Activities for Enjoyment: Why you Will Love Cycling

The Thrill

Embrace the thrill of cycling in your daily life. Cycling is something that a lot of people have enjoyed once in their life, maybe at 7 years old for Christmas when they got their first bike.

Past that age when was the last time in your adult years that you were really able to take advantage of that enjoyment that you’ve had in the past?

I want to talk about how the thrill of cycling and being able to see things and feel nature and the environment kept me coming back to cycling. It was like not a drug but an extra vitamin I never knew was there, and enhanced my social life in many ways that I can’t help but love.

This thrill I speak about is when you’re rushing at high-speed on a bike, cycling from tree to tree and how it just puts a smile on my face. This is also the reason why you remember that time you cycled in the past so fondly I spoke about before.

“I was listening to tunes watching the trees the whole time”

Who do you know cycling in your immediately circle?

If you can name one or more people cycling in your circle and you never rode with them once, then you might have a problem.

Cycling is not just an activity for exercise as many people make them seem to be, it’s also a very social way of connecting people through in-person groups, email, forums, etc…

I was able to find them though through cycling to my downtown area plenty, discovering and talking to people while riding around where I live.

You also want to recognize that everyone lives in a different type of place with a different culture, I grew up in Illinois but now I’m in Florida and despite the heat I see way more people cycling here in Florida in the flat-lands.

I want you to take into account Cycling is for everyone, but if you still haven’t learned how to cycle yet I assure you it takes hours, and at most a couple days to learn. Once you do it you’ll love it, you’ll enjoy the thrill of it. You’ll connect on a social level with the community around you and I assure you it’ll be worth it!
